Service Desk Analyst Job at Helm360
Helping with the first phase after completing the building of the office.
This includes putting together work stations
Making sure all network connectivity is working correctly.
Working with requests of network issues
Experience troubleshooting in a windows environment
Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
Ability to problem solve/escalate issues when necessary.
Metrics
Tickets to be completed in 15 minutes
20 minutes before escalation/request for help
Tickets in cue no longer than 24 hours.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
