<p>Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service<br>• Perform duties as listed on daily tour sheet<br>• Maintain case and deli area between customers, including stocking, restocking, and cleaning<br>• Answer telephones<br>• Comply with corporate policies<br>• Promote and follow company initiatives<br>• Comply with all food safety guidelines and standards<br>• Rotate deli product by code date<br>• When working as Hostess at Stadium or Anchorage Northern Lights locations:<br>o Keep seating area free of trash and empty trash receptacles regularly<br>o Keep seating and table areas clean by wiping down and keeping supplies filled (napkins and utensils)<br>o Keep plants and flowers in the fireplace area and soft seating areas clean and watered<br>o Replace live goods when looking tired or at the end of their life cycle<br>o Turn on TV, if applicable, and tune to an appropriate channel<br>o Clean restrooms and fill with supplies, if applicable<br>o Acknowledge customers and provide assistance, if necessary<br>o Provide children with coloring or activity pages and pass out balloons<br>• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation</p>

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
