Westwood Country Club, a private platinum club is looking for self-starters, active listeners who have a sharp memory, are attentive, with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic work environment.

Carry out the day-to-day operations that make Westwood Country Club a “WOW” experience. Continually improve and learn new job skills that make Westwood Country Club and yourself better. Responsible for interacting with members and guests to ensure their “WOW” experience at the Club through providing food and beverage service.

HOURS/DAYS

40 hour work week or part-time work. Hours and Days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the Members and Guests.

Be polite, courteous and well-mannered at all times. Be committed not only to meet, but exceed the expectations of our Members and their guests and the culture of our club. This is achieved by being well-organized, well dressed and willing to assist anyone at any time. Provide excellent service, in a relaxed and professional atmosphere, where Members and Guests enjoy their experience in every way.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

(Other duties may be assigned.)

· Greet members and guests as they enter the dining areas.

· Accurate execution of orders. Both description and timeliness are included.

· Properly bill members for their purchases.

· Know the food menu. Members/Guests will ask what is in each item. Ask for help.

· Maintain Clean & Concise work areas. All dining and back of house areas.

· Communicate with members/guests regarding Club dining and drink activities.

Pay is based on experience and expertise.
