Enzina Pizzeria in Waltham, MA is looking for an experienced and energetic front of the house person to join our team. We are located on 1056 Main St. Our ideal candidate is a positive, ambitious, and engaged. The successful candidate will be team- oriented, with a willingness to learn our menu and procedures and must have the ability to maintain a calm demeanor and friendly personality in a busy environment and follow directions in a positive way.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Learn the system and give directions to the rest of the group
- Working close with the F&B executive manager and take direction
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Punctual and serious person who understands the foodservice business.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in food / restaurant customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
