Server Job at Colton's Steak House & Grill
We're looking for a motivated server to join our team. We have flexible shifts which allows you to schedule your shifts around school/studying or family obligations. Of all the positions at Coltons, the server has the most influence on the Guest experience. You must provide outstanding, enthusiastic, warm and friendly service to all Guests. You should treat each Guest as you would a guest in your own home, providing an experience that makes them want to return.
An excellent Server will have several qualities: Professionalism, Friendliness, Pride, Visibility & Awareness.

Pay: $11.00 - $25.00 per hour
