That’s why we’re looking for a talented Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.

As Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure, you’ll develop and lead a team of technologists responsible for Procore’s digital transformation. This leadership role will be focused on scaling, optimizing and increasing our employees productivity across all business processes and employee experience. You will apply your strong business and technical acumen with a data-driven approach to ensure IT investments deliver on business outcomes.

This position will report to our EVP, Chief Information and Data Officer (CDO) and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters, Austin, TX office, or work remotely from any US location. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Enable a global company of 3,700+ through critical business experiences (applications, technologies and infrastructure).
• Demonstrate executive-level business and technical thought leadership, innovation, and financial and operational planning
• Drive the next-generation enterprise architecture, including a shift to SOA and API-led architecture
• Play a critical leadership role in establishing and executing on e-commerce
• Be a strong business partner and collaborative leader who excels at developing a joint strategy, roadmap, and scorecard to drive accountability and results with business leaders
• Build and develop a team of technologists that are moving their skills up the value chain
• Lead and coach Technical Directors and Managers to prioritize and deliver value back into the business
• Make strategic decisions for the organization on our enterprise architecture as well as prioritized and sequence business investments that rely on technical solutions
• Understand the meaning and implications of key financial indicators by analyzing, integrating, and utilizing financial data to diagnose business realities, identify issues, and develop strategies and plans
• Translate the business unit leaders’ long-range business plan into a services strategy, including interfacing at the businesses senior management levels, up to the C-Level

What we’re looking for:

• BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience; MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• 15+ years of experience operating in a SaaS environment supporting a financial organization and their application-specific needs; equivalent leadership experience managing and developing talent
• 5+ years of related experience with Procore-specific applications (e.g., Workday, Netsuite, Zuora, Salesforce and Marketo)
• Extensive experience designing, building, transforming, and managing business applications supporting G&A Business Units (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance, Billing, Accounting, FP&A, and IT) GTM, sales and marketing processes and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex global (e.g., multi-country) and large-scale systems hitting growth, productivity, and efficiency targets
• Strong industry or domain expertise and thorough knowledge of the marketplace, integrators, and opportunities that will drive business process efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong executive presence, innovative leader in application services, influential communicator, natural collaborator with customers, vendors, leadership, and peers
