Position Summary
The Senior Territory Manager is a key member of our regional team, supporting the field based teammates in assuring Agiliti is delivering upon it's Value Proposition on our client's behalf. In addition to supporting the maintenance activity associated with supporting our existing clients, the Senior Territory Manager will be expected to introduce Agiliti’s services to other clients in a locally defined geography.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor the Service Representatives and Territory Managers in their designated region.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on our client's behalf in order to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Facilitate the pickup and delivery of our client’s equipment on an as needed basis
  • Deliver educational content aimed at improving the care and handling of medical devices
  • Identify and collaborate with the Divisional Ops Manager in introducing new Agiliti service solutions
  • Take primary role in the onboarding of new clients (schedule, teammate introductions, portal training, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships at departmental, mid-level management within the client organization
  • Complete quarterly review with key clients ensuring their satisfaction associated with the services Agiliti delivers
  • Complete weekly contact reports and bimonthly written client satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of contractual provisions, including but not limited to persons responsible for making organizational decisions concerning the contracting for maintenance and repair services for each of Agiliti’s clients in the region.
  • Establish a relationship within each department in hospitals where our services are and can be utilized, including, but not limited to, operating room, sterile processing, supply chain services/materials management, infection prevention, and bio-med
  • Ensure compliance to Customer, Quality and Environmental Health and Safety requirements
  • Frequently interact with other group managers and team leads to review business objectives and establish goals
  • Enforce service policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with internal/external groups to achieve business results, integrating the diverse perspectives of individuals of different backgrounds
  • Proactively understand customer expectations and needs and collaborate with operations teams to develop processes to meet expectations for service, turntimes, quality, etc.
  • In collaboration with Business Intelligence team, review and analyze available reports/data regarding completed repairs and those in process to understand trends, inconsistencies, and/or improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and review with various analyses and reports of different aspects of the business with clients
  • Provide documented follow up to management identifying at which accounts the number of trays/instruments presented by the client per visit may be enhanced
  • Attend and participate in regional based conferences supporting the healthcare industry and vendor fairs, as necessary
  • As needed, coordinate service efforts and coverage for instances where unexpected mobile lab or equipment failure may cause service disruption

Job Requirements/Specifications
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required:
  • B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 50% travel in assigned geography
Prefered:
  • Five years of Management and/or Sales/Customer Service
  • 2 years previous CSPD/OR experience
  • General knowledge of assigned region and the client landscape
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiencies
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Proven track record in matrix management of geographically dispersed staff
  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship building skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and ability to learn company specific programs
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Direct experience and thorough knowledge of hospital/Sterile Processing Department / Operating Room environment required
  • International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) certified or certification within six months of hire
