The Senior Retail Media Specialist is a newly created role that will report into the Sr. Retail Media Manager and will work closely with our VP of Ecommerce. The Senior Retail Media Specialist will partner closely with Brand and Digital Marketing Heads to build media plans, deploy, optimize campaigns, report on results, and develop new capabilities that ultimately help achieve our business objectives. The Senior Retail Media Specialist will be responsible (with the support of the Sr. Retail Media Manager) for the media plans for Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Kroger Precision Marketing, Criteo, Citrus, and others. Some “hands on keyboard” work will be required across Search and Display.

Responsibilities include:
Educating partners internally and externally on Amazon and Omnichannel landscape, best practices, and channel opportunities/challenges
Collaborate with media, shopper, creative, and digital teams to ensure plan execution
Create and present budget recommendations to brands teams that meet retailer needs and that deliver positive return for the organization
Work with Agency/Vendors to develop, deploy, and optimize campaigns that meet business objectives, and efficiently convert shoppers
Present post campaign recaps to internal stakeholders that highlight performance and learnings from campaigns
Develop POVs on retailers and assess opportunities with process/best practices in place for brands to leverage
Help develop the ecommerce roadmap for auditing, testing and helping GPN become an ecommerce leader

Experience:
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to internal and external partners
Bachelor's degree + 3-4 years of media experience
Prior or relevant experience in Retail (eCommerce a plus) and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Experience with retail media networks (Amazon Advertising, WMC, Instacart, Criteo, etc.)
Proactive nature, with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies and solutions
Technical understanding with ability to work with product, IT and data teams to advocate for and shepherd new industry-leading capabilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and curiosity to test new tactics
