Diamond Driller 1 or 2
Location: Stillwater Mine - Nye, MT
Normal Working Hours: Rotating
Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Drilling, moving and set-up of drill, ground control
- Core recovery, including logging and boxing of cores
- Drill maintenance and repair of drill
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Must be able to operate most underground mobile equipment
- Must meet the Physical Requirements for the Diamond Driller position
- Understanding of and strong commitment to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Preferred:
- Maintenance and/or planning/scheduling background
- Prior J.D. Edwards and One World database experience
- Good safety record; working knowledge of operational safety regulations and requirements
