This position serves as the Secretary to the School Principal.
To be considered for candidacy for this position, applicants must be permanent Senior Office Assistants or be reachable on an existing Senior Office Assistant civil service exam list in Suffolk County. All appointments are subject to civil service rules and Suffolk County Department of Civil Service approval.
This position is covered by the Commack Schools Office Professionals' contract, with a base starting salary of $48,146 for the 2023-2024 school year. The successful candidate may qualify for additional stipends of up to $5,120 per year for acceptable college education and completion of the NAEOP Professional Standards Program.
