Chiro One Wellness Centers is a high-growth, healthcare organization that provides non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to help thousands of patients live happier, healthier lives. With over 100 clinics across 7+ states and growing, we are seeking a performance-driven senior marketing manager focused on patient referrals to join our team.

The senior referral manager is responsible for driving new patient acquisition through multi-channel marketing initiatives. The manager will work closely with our clinical care teams and clinic performance coaches to implement a combination of traditional in-clinic promotional events (workshops and patient appreciation days) and clinic care team training sessions on referral techniques. The manager will also run weekly internal social media campaigns to drive clinic engagement and work with our internal content team to develop patient-focused email and clinic campaigns.


This role requires a combination of in-office and in-field time along with monthly/quarterly travel to out-of-state markets. The role is highly metrics-driven and is accountable for specific acquisition goals per clinic location on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed new patient referral targets via the creation and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns, presentations, training, and contests.
  • Create, schedule, and conduct virtual and in-person clinic training sessions to drive referral results. Topics include but are not limited to campaign implementation, communication skills, sales tactics, collateral use, and best practices.
  • Create, implement, and communicate short-term contests and employee incentives to drive patient referral results based on monthly performance metrics.
  • Present weekly and monthly at clinic team meetings to communicate KPIs, implement marketing programs, and provide referral (sales) training for Chiro One via video or in person.
  • Develop and implement conversion-focused in-clinic marketing campaigns to achieve a patient acquisition target across all offices. Work closely with the content team to develop conversion-focused campaign collateral including in-clinic video, email campaigns, infographics, and social posts.
  • Lead and manage daily/weekly internal social posts to drive patient referrals, via executing posts on our internal social media platform (Yammer)to celebrate performance leaders, highlight referral best practices, launch contests, etc.
  • Track, forecast, and analyze patient referrals across 100+ clinics to identify potential gaps in performance. Develop and implement company-wide, regional, and clinic-specific referral initiatives.
  • Manage the patient marketing onboarding process and playbook roll-out of new and acquired clinics via a series of virtual training and email correspondence. Evaluate the effectiveness of the initial programs and perform updates and amendments and needed.
  • Work with newly acquired clinics to run interim patient referral programs and execute 30-day patient marketing plans during brand transitions to ensure referral targets are met.
  • Calculate, gain approval, and submit monthly bonus compensation for team members based on referral results.
  • Travel up to 10% quarterly within the Midwest region

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven results in driving customer acquisition via the implementation of innovative, results-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional presentation skills including the ability to present to large groups of professionals virtually.
  • Ability to create and implement effective, conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Master at identifying gaps in monthly forecasts and creating targeted sales contests to drive results quickly.
  • Experience creating engaging social posts to drive excitement around monthly campaigns and incentives.
  • Ability to create targeted campaigns in tandem for multiple audiences.
  • Excellent training skills, and experience creating and implementing effective marketing training materials.
  • Planning and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proficient in CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and good driving record.
