Senior Information Assurance Engineer Job at Frontier Technology Inc.
Overview:
FTI is looking for an Information Assurance Engineer to support our customer in their software development efforts. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and will report to the customer site in Chantilly, VA. *Qualified candidates must be located within a commutable distance, or willing to relocate, to Chantilly, VA as this role requires teammates to report onsite.

- Design, develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database and/or system software components.
- Conduct analysis of business problems and lead the evaluation, development, and recommendation of specific technology products and platforms to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements.
- Research and design best fit infrastructure, network, database, and/or security architectures.
- Guide configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met.
- Assist with root cause investigations and provide recommendations for preventative measures.
- Proactively address gaps with existing support processes, documentation, etc. and prioritize accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study with 8 or more years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- CISSP Certification.
- Experience working within the AWS GovCloud Space utilizing tools such as S3, CloudWatch, VPCs, etc.
- Experience work with the AWS Cloud (EC2s, S3, RDS, ElastiCache).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI DoD Clearance and the ability to obtain CI Poly.
