The Opportunity: *Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.*

• As the HR leader in this Distribution Center, you will develop and execute strategies for long-term HR success as you lead a team of 12 HR professionals
• Partner with the building leader to drive and support plans to achieve Big Rocks, thinking ahead and looking around corners, providing coaching, counsel, thought partnership, data and analytics to help inform decisions
• Collaborate across leaders to create talent management strategies that accelerate leadership readiness
• Consult with COEs to deliver effective solutions to meet your business needs
• Develop your HR Team, creating succession plans and career paths for high potential individuals
• Champion a culture of inclusion and diversity where all associates feel welcomed, valued and engaged

**
Who We Are Looking For: *You.*

• 10+ years of HR management or HRBP experience; including employee relations, talent management, developing strategies for long-term HR success
• 5 years of leading a team of HRBPs and HR Managers
• A passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring business leaders, both inside and outside of HR
• Demonstrable experience influencing business leaders and impacting the operation as a trusted business partner
• Experience of driving talent development initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, accelerating leadership readiness
• Union Experience is preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus
