Customer Service, OLCC, Merchandising Supervisor 2 - Pacific City

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Full-time:

• Permanent Position
• 40 hours per week on average

Position Overview:

Supervise and maintain the areas of:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of Front End
• Oversee Liquor Store Operations
• Schedule & Supervise front end employees
• Maintain and stock inventory for Liquor Store, Tobacco & other areas
• Maintain self-checkout stands
• Basic maintenance and repairs

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure customers receive Fast and Friendly service
• Supervise Front End (including Checkstands, Self Checkout, Liquor Store, and Bottle Return)
• Order and Stock merchandise.
• Compare invoices to items received, ensuring shipments are correct.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of Front End, Liquor Store, and Bottle Return.
• Meet sales, gross, and labor goals.
• Give Employee Reviews, Counselings, Feedback.
• Maintain Bottle Return area
• Oversee Front End workplace safety
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, and basic maintenance of equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Trunk Strength for loading merchandise of 50+Lbs
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day
• Ability to frequently lift, push or pull 1-10lbs, and occasionally 11-50lbs.
• Movement
  • Continuously grasping and squeezing items using arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Continuously reach above and below the shoulder.
  • Frequently twist, and walk on a level surface
  • Frequently bend, stoop, crouch, squat, and climb steps.
