Resource Innovations is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant, Market Transformation to join our growing market transformation team. As a Senior Consultant, Market Transformation for Resource Innovations, you will make an impact by providing subject matter expertise and strategic leadership as part of the CalMTA team and in support of market transformation initiative development and implementation in California. These activities will include the development of market transformation theories, guiding market research activities, guiding logic model development, developing and growing market collaboratives, and developing market transformation initiative market strategies.

We are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of how market transformation programs are designed, implemented, regulated, and background in market transformation programs and best practices. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment applying your excellent time prioritization and management skills to maneuver quickly between program and partner needs. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic direction and consults on Market Transformation products, initiatives, and market strategy.
• Leads the development of specific MT theories, logic models, and the development of Market Transformation initiative operating plans.
• Guides market research to characterize markets, fill gaps in knowledge, and evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Provides guidance to technical staff conducting emerging technology reviews to identify potential new technologies that may be suitable for Market Transformation.

• Ability to build and facilitate collaboratives to increase program scale and market leverage.
• Lead and support technical report writing, contribute to draft reports, including results and actionable recommendations.
• Collaboratively develop, present, and implement recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Has an understanding of the codes and standards process or experience participating in that process.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ year experience in strategic management or product development.
• Excellent written communication and superb interpersonal skills required.
• Experience presenting to clients and preparing marketing plans or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience being partner facing
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity and experience working with emerging technology, innovation, strategic marketing/planning and/or product development.
• Deep understanding of the Market Transformation discipline and applied experience
