Senior Business Process Analyst Job at Choctaw Nation

Primary Tasks:

  • You will create process documentation, process workflows, and ITIL Practices.

  • You will collect and document requirements for plans and process improvement/automation efforts.

  • You will facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.

  • You will review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels.

  • You will conduct maturity assessments against the ITIL practice activities to highlight areas of improvement and service improvements.

  • You will identify issues, risks, and bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.

  • You will participate in the problem resolution.

  • You will maintain a complete understanding of and follow all IT policies and processes.

  • You will performs other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, software engineering, or related field.

  • Strong Knowledge of the following methodologies: ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile

  • Understanding Service Desk, IT Service Management, and general IT Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge of process development, process mapping, concepts, and techniques.

  • Strong Knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Office Products, IT Service Management tool, IT Asset Management tool.

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodology a plus.

  • Related IT Certifications strongly preferred

You will report to the Manager of IT Service Management.
