National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA), a 43-year-old national non-profit that preserves and promotes the dignity, well-being, and quality of life of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI), and diverse communities is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Counselors.

The bi-lingual Senior Benefits Counselors will help AANHPI elders sign up for Social Security, SSI, Medicare and Medicaid. Help them choose the health plan that best suit their needs and covers their prescriptions. They will also help elders access long term care services such as nursing homes, assisted living, caregiver support services such as on-site adult day care, home health and meals on wheels.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or experience with benefits counseling.
• Social Security, Social Security Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or other income or health benefits experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual or fluent in: Cantonese, Vietnamese, and/or Cambodian

Requirements:

• Vaccination is required for employment.
