What You Will Achieve
As lead administrative assistant in Corp Audit, provide executive support to Chief Auditor, and coordinate with Exec Assistants of the Board’s Audit Committee & ELT. Coordinate as many as 10 to 12 Board Committee meetings/yr, including agenda, planning and prep, meeting materials, logistics, tech support, archiving and all communications.
Support the annual Corp Audit mission by:
  • Support Chief Auditor in all Board and ELT meetings and interactions, including preparation and communications. Support any requirements when AC Chair uses an on-site office.
  • As directed by hiring managers, coordinates setting up recruiting interview dates/times, new hire on-boarding and orientation meetings of diverse staff (multinational and all business functions)
  • In support of CA’s transition to ‘Log In For Your Day” working model, coordinate use of technology and the evolution of our facilities footprint.
How You Will Achieve
  • Provide executive support in a virtual, team environment to Chief Auditor and Corp Audit LT. Also provide administrative support for NY-based staff.
  • Proactively anticipate SVP’s needs; coordinate and prepare executive for day-to-day activities; manage calendar and prioritize requests and related logistics.
  • Manage all logistics and communications for all AC activities, among attendees, as well as facilities and technology support teams.
  • Exercise high degree of professional judgment and discretion in working with Board, ELT and their Assistants.
  • Manage administrative aspects of the SVP’s office, including:
    • Plan & manage logistics for the CA Global Quarterly CA Town Hall Audio Conferences/Team. Keep CA current with respect to leveraging ‘Log in For Your Day’ tools and technology.
    • Monitor all ARIBA transactions and ensure approvals are obtained, and track consultants’ spending.
  • Attend all CA LT meetings and support with Minutes and Action Items.
  • SME for the Board Vantage software, independently create complex Board Book and push/post materials to the iPad and the portal. Manage timely distribution of pre-read and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate activities of CA admins (from other locations), ensuring best practices are shared.
  • As needed/required, support the F&GBS DEI Council – communications, planning for activities (i.e. Education Series Events: Book and Movie discussion)
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years' experience
  • Previous experience that demonstrates ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency with general office procedures, such as telephone reception, customer service, e-mail etiquette etc.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Nice-to-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience using applications, such as Concur, Teams and Ariba
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal oversight.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Overtime occasionally required. Estimated 6 to 10 times per year.
  • Work Location Assignment: Flexible
    Flexible colleagues are assigned a Pfizer site within a commutable distance where they work about 2-3 days weekly to connect and innovate with their team face-to-face. However, they also benefit from being able to work offsite regularly when it makes business sense to do so.
The salary for this position ranges from $31.36 to $52.27 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
