Senior Accountant - Receivables/Billing Job at Technical Resources International, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Cash Receipts Function, including daily cash receipt data entry and filing.
- Be responsible for monthly Billing cycle, including manual invoices preparation, posting and maintaining documents.
- Perform the Revenue Recognition on contract basis monthly.
- Be the custodian of Project module, including new project set up, updates and maintenance.
- Prepare Project monthly financial summary reports.
- Coordinate accounting month-end and year-end closing process.
- Assist Year-end audits.
- Respond to special requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Costpoint accounting software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Great customer and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
