Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities or designee, the Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors and all others while on the campus of AllianceHealth Ponca City.

Receives daily assignments/conducts scheduled and unscheduled patrols. Provides protection/safety for patients, staff, and visitors of AllianceHealth Ponca City. Investigates all incidents occurring on specific shift involving loss or damage. Adheres and enforces all department and hospital policies and procedures. Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Must observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding person, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees of AllianceHealth Ponca City. Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and AllianceHealth Ponca City. Must report hazards and initiate appropriate action. Must participate in safety instructional programs. Must poses a current CLEET license.
