We are looking for a Security Guard to join our team and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, responding to alarms and investigating suspicious activity. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to remain calm in stressful situations. The Security Guard must also be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol property keeping an eye on tenants safety, as well as any suspicious actvites on the premises.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Observe departing personnel to protect against breaking and entering of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
