We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Unarmed Security Guard in our Lancaster, TX office and warehouse. The Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In-N-Out Burger complex.
General Responsibilities
Maintain the safety and security of the Lancaster facility and grounds- Understand all aspects of guard monitoring, such as operating the front gates, foot patrols, monitoring the cameras, understanding the alarm system and emergency procedures
- Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the guard post for all visitors coming to the facility
- Provide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times
- Screen and log all individuals entering and exiting the complex
- Possess good judgment to handle day to day operations
- Conducted routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol and contingency operations
- Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
Work Schedule
Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)- Schedule rotates and must be able to work the ALL the following shifts:
Day - 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
Swing – 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Grave - 9:30 pm - 6:00 am - Schedule: Five (5) shifts per week; rotation schedule
- Weekend and Holiday scheduling is required
- Potential to pick up more shifts as needed

Qualifications
Previous security guard experience preferred- Level II Guard Card Required (Company will provide training to attain one.)
- Must be able to meet the minimum requirements for state and local licensing and/or site standards as established by the company
- Exhibit excellent customer service and hospitality skills – the Security Guard greets everyone who enters the front gate, and will be responsible for welcoming our guests and visitors with the kindness and friendliness befitting of In-N-Out Burger
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and able to work without constant direct supervision
- High school diploma or GED
