Seattle Swank Home Staging Designer

As a Home Staging Designer, you will be responsible for following:

  • Personally, manage & successfully execute home design projects that are Seattle Swank ‘Brand Right’.
  • Visit the home/property and scope the design project.
  • Pulling furniture via on-line inventory system.
  • Safely pulling & packing dec home accessories and artwork for transport.
  • Supervise/direct moving crew at warehouse at job sites.
  • Ensure staging items being used are clean and in good condition.
  • Hanging artwork/mirrors.
  • Photographing your work, including all rooms and products.
  • Represent Seattle Swank to the client with positivity and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-year in the interior design field.
  • Experience staging luxury homes (2MM +) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills and able to get things done independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Deadline driven and organized; able to prioritize as needed to get the job done.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in collaborative settings.
  • A 'drama free' demeanor.
  • Portfolio and references required.
  • Must be flexible in hours.
  • Candidate needs to have their own car, self-insured, and clean driving record

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $24.00 & higher, per hour, based on experience

Flexible Schedule

Experience: Home Staging, Visual Merchandising (Preferred)

Education: Interior Design, Art, or Fashion Merchandising

Work Location: Multiple locations in the Seattle and the Eastside area

Schedule: Day shifts, as needed

20-40 hours based on weekly Install schedule

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
