Seasonal Data Entry Associate
The Tiff's Treats Command Center is seeking a Seasonal, Part-Time, Seasonal Data Entry Associate — nights (including weekends). Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 3 PM - 10 PM. All shifts are required to work one weekend shift per week.
This position is based in Austin, TX; Training will be in person starting February 28th - March 3rd. Following training, this position will be remote!
As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate, you will be expected to:
- Successfully transpose customer information into the Tiff’s Treats ordering system
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues with a positive and professional demeanor
- Adhere to all customer service guidelines and order-taking policies
- Be passionate about our brand and our customers by delivering nothing short of a Legendary Experience!
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to quickly and accurately fulfill order entry
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks needed to perform job effectively
- Proficient knowledge of basic computer skills including POS systems, email, Adobe Reader, and Office suite
Compensation
- Seeking Part Time
- $15.00/hour
