Location: Madison, WI (Initial Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master for a global team comprised of both internal and vendor contributors, customizing SaaS solutions and integrating with internal components and data warehouse
- Assist PM, PO, and PMO in managing vendors and holding them accountable
- Integrate Waterfall-based vendor planning with internal SAFe iterations
- Contribute to implementation of phased Agile SAFe implementation, including mentoring and coaching team members somewhat new to Agile practices
- Track, manage, and drive resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibly and effectively respond to changing environment
Must Have Skills:
- Significant Scrum Master and Project Manager experience
- Enterprise-level project experience
- SaaS integration experience
- Vendor management experience
- Collaborative and flexible
- Comfortable with ambiguity
Strongly Preferred Skills:
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- PM Certification
- ERP experience
- CRM experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Enterprise-level project experience
