- Planning and implementing after school activities
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
- Teamwork.
- Meeting the individual needs of the children
- Classroom management
- Maintaining classroom organization and cleaning
- Positive interactions with children and families
- Communicating effectively with team members, children and parents
- Driving a 15 passenger vehicle(not necessarily required)
- Safe transportation of children to and from school
- Highly competitive pay based on education and experience.
- Must have the 90hr School Age certification or be willing to complete course with 1 year of experience or equivalent of college course work.
