We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! Part of a nation wide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, CovenantCare at Home, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining patient schedules, and staff schedules. She answers phones and greets customers in the office. The scheduler is responsible for fostering positive relationships with patients and staff. She will adhere to the goals which meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

In this role, the Scheduling Coordinator will:
Coordinate nursing staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage for patients.
Critically analyze and multitask across different business units.
Able to prioritize, recognize daily changes among cases and apply appropriate accommodations across departments.
Collaborate with Supervisors to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.

The ideal candidate will have:
High school graduate of equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Type at least 35 words per minute.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Fluent in English. Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Possess and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
Comply with accepted professional business standards and practice.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00
