Scanning Clerk Job at Holman
Kuni BMW has an outstanding opportunity for a Scanning Clerk in addition to learning the BMW warranty system to join the Holman family.
What will you do?
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Learn to submit and code warranty documentation backing up the warranty administrator
- Review repair orders for accuracy
- Filing and scanning service documentation into your paperless system
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive dealership experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven outstanding customer service, preferably with a high-line brand
- Team-oriented and flexible
Compensation: $18/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
