Overview:
CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is looking for a highly motivated individual committed to the delivery of quality solutions to support Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations teams across all portions of our value stream.

Qualified candidates will have advanced hands-on configuration and administration experience within the Salesforce Platform and an understanding of Contact Center operations and best practices. You will work with business stakeholders, management, project teams, and execution teams to analyze a variety of needs related to work management and design scalable solutions primarily based in Salesforce Service Cloud. This role is responsible for managing the overall health of CORT’s Contact Center. Ideal applicants will have experience with multiple customer contact channels (Phone, Chat, SMS, Social, Email), general Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), skill-based routing concepts and architecture, and omni-channel administration. You will also develop and maintain a roadmap for CORT’s Contact Center program, aligning strategic business objectives with the Salesforce Platform capabilities / roadmap.

You will work closely with the Salesforce Development and Administrator teams to balance business solutions with corporate security, compliance, and best practices in mind. The Salesforce Business Analyst will report to the Salesforce Product Manager.

This is a remote position, performed from a home office. Candidates must be based within the United States. Our team’s office is located in Austin, TX. Should you be located nearby, this position has the flexibility to be performed from your home, from the office, or hybrid, based on your preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital Experience, DevOps, and Training teams to translate high-level business requirements into product roadmaps that articulate strategy, scope, and business objectives related to work management
  • Design and configure scalable Salesforce-based solutions that deliver an optimal customer (external) and employee (internal) experience
  • Create Proofs-of-Concept leveraging Salesforce Platform best practices and tools such as Flow, Einstein AI, and Omni-Channel
  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and maintain a prioritized workload to deliver projects on managed expectations
  • Work closely with software engineers, developers, and administrators to implement product roadmaps. Project sizes will range from enterprise level to application enhancements.
  • Take ownership of application support issues as needed to delegate and/or drive to completion
Qualifications:
Required Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • 3+ Years Salesforce Service Cloud Administration
  • 2+ Years in Contact Center Operations Management
  • Hands-on Advanced Salesforce Configuration
  • Omni-channel Routing Design / Configuration
  • Salesforce Case Management

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist
  • Project Management experience
  • Business Analyst experience
  • Familiarity in Agile development methods
  • Microsoft Power Automate experience
