Ceramic Pro Elite Kearny Mesa is a rapidly growing high end automotive detailing shop thats looking to expand its salesforce. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, a passion for cars, excellent relationship building skills, organized, has excellent follow skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. We focus heavily on paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint sales.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to be able to upsell customers
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
  • Coordinate with shop manager to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and closing leads generated by our online marketing
  • Answering emails
  • Greeting customers and evaluating their vehicles and ultimately selling services
  • Assisting with daily shop needs that could include short errands
  • Attending automotive enthusiast events
  • Managing enthusiast sponsorships
  • Online networking with local automotive clubs and groups
  • Checking in and out of customers
  • Answering phones
  • Returning voicemails
  • Growing Sales ( Meeting weekly & Monthly sales goals quotas )
  • Improving the customer experience

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 3-5 years in sales within an outbound sales setting
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, follow up , and organizational skills
  • Automotive Sales in either a dealership or detail shop setting
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Experience in the Automotive Field
  • Must be able to work efficiently with team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skill

Compensation: $55,000-$100,000+ with commission
