The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and enjoy working with people. They will respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and be responsible for notifying management of any challenges. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions.
- Inspect and tag incoming inventory
- Receive & return garments from clients
- Resolve billing problems.
- Make customers happy.
- Answer technical questions.
- Provide training to customers.
- Meet hardware and software needs for customers.
- Help customers with their technical problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
