We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team in North America to drive company revenue. You are also responsible for identifying, negotiating, monitoring large national accounts in U.S., developing sales network for industrial accounts for continuous business growth in North America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify opportunities and potential of new accounts
  • Develop strategies and conduct high level sales presentation and sales calls
  • Build up a sales team to cover all major accounts and industries in North America
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize margin prices and terms on all accounts
  • Make recommendations to management for new sales initiatives
  • Gather and analyze data comparison of price levels
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, APTITUDE:

  • Must have at least a 5-year history of successful growing sales through new customers.
  • Has experience selling products on any value added service as opposed to price.
  • Understanding of Agriculture and Power Transmission industry is highly preferred
  • OEM-prototyping and application engineering experience is a major advantage
  • Must possess a mechanical aptitude and the ability to produce solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred
  • Five years employment history of successful selling, preferably in the Power Transmission Industry (Chain experience)
  • Proven track record of growing sales through new business.
  • Computer savvy
  • Willing to travel 50-60% of the time.
