All things to make your life beautiful.

Our new store in Midway is opening this summer and our Heber City warehouse is busy fulfiling orders for our online store at shophavenliving.com. We are looking for a team leader with previous retail experience who is looking for an opportunity to unleash their talent in organization, brand management, inventory handling, problem solving and friendly customer service skills.

This job is somewhat flexible and part time with morning/early afternoon hours. The commitment is to work physically at our store/warehouse in Heber City.

Major Responsibilities:

The Haven Online Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and fulfillment of online orders for the company. This includes tasks such as:

  • Ensure all online orders are processed accurately and on time, verify order information, pick, pack and ship all orders.
  • Work with Inventory Supervisor to keep Shopify inventory up to date.
  • Coordinate goods with Inventory Supervisor to fulfill online orders (may need Midway goods transported to Heber to fulfill an order)
  • Train online personnel.
  • Hold employees accountable for performance and scheduled shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service to online customers by creatively problem solving, answering questions, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to management.
  • Work with Inventory Supervisor to ensure inventory levels for online orders by tracking inventory levels, create reports for management to order new inventory on time, and manage returns.
  • Generate reports to track online orders, sales, and other data to assist management in making decisions about inventory levels, pricing, marketing and other important categories.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Skills: The Online Order Supervisor should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
  • A working knowledge of Shopify is helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
  • Able to prioritize work effectively while juggling multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated to grow and learn
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
