Applicant must possess the ability to interact with customers and build rapport quickly, be persuasive and convincing and have at least 5 years of Automobile Sales experience with CDJR . We will train a qualified candidate. We have inventory unlike many of our competitors. Our business has never slowed down and continues to grow
Responsibilities:
- Assist in mentoring and training Salespeople
- Assist with Closing deals structured by Desking Managers
- Follow processes to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings as required
- Assist in trade appraisals
- Take T.O.s from Salespeople and turn customers from shoppers to buyers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive industry minimum 3 years required
- Current valid driver's license with good driving history
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and management
- Strong background in Sales Management
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes to ensure legal compliance while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, management and co-workers
