Lutheran Life Communities is seeking a Sales Counselor!

The Sales Counselor assists the Sales Director in the sales performance of Assisted Living and collaborates on the marketing and networking for all levels of care and community-based programs to maximize census levels. Ensures monthly sales performance metrics are consistently achieved. Provide ongoing, prompt, and effective follow-up with all new and existing leads and prospects, schedules and conducts tour appointments utilizing sales discovery tactics for determining client needs, collaborates on social media postings and updates, and makes recommendations for services. Assists the Sales Director in closing sales to achieve monthly sales metrics. Accepts responsibility for budgeted occupancy.

**$1,500 Sign-on and $1,500 after 1 year**

Sales Counselor requirements include:

  • Previous experience with a CRM required
  • Previous healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Previous retirement community or real estate experience desired
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
