As a Sales Coordinator at Valmet, you will serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts and will be responsible for order processing and delivery follow-up for Parts and Consumables..
Primary duties include:
- Process email, faxed, telephones and mailed orders for standard OEM parts and consumables;
- Acknowledge customer orders and provide order status and other related information;
- Resolve ages receivables with customers;
- Provide office back-up for Product Managers when needed to include researching machine components, establishing pricing, and quoting to the customer;
- Participate in in-house department sales meetings and monthly staff meetings.
Requirements
Associate's Degree from a two year college or related field; 1 to 3 years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
