POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Receptionist is to assist with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Receptionist also assists with retaining and providing excellent customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time and requires flexibility in scheduling. We are looking for candidates who are interested in morning or evening shifts.

Ideal candidate will also be interested in transitioning into a teaching role as well as being a member of our sales staff. The studio will sponsor teacher training ($3000 value) for the right fit. Inquire for more information.

Requirements:
-Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills
-Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
-Self-motivated and takes initiative
-Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system
-Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Must have proficient computer skills
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Strong multi-tasking skills
-Must be able to work mornings, evening and weekends

Responsibilites:
-Check clients in and verify attendance
-Execute sales process of lead generations, follow up and close
-Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs
-Maintain acceptable level of personal sales productions
-Present available services to current or prospective members
-Participate in special events (open houses, health fairs, and community events) to promote our studio.
-Process accurate cash and credit transactions
-Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients
-Attend and complete all relative training programs
-Take pictures for social media platforms
-Create collateral for social media platforms
-Light cleaning of retail area, studio and restrooms
-Other duties as assigned
