We are a local, family-owned private practice established in 2019 in New Braunfels. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, effective customer service, and a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Optical Sales & Dispensing
- Frame-styling patients
- Lens Recommendations
- Reception desk administrative tasks
- Welcoming patients / check-in & check-out process
- Scheduling appointments, answering calls
- Insurance Authorization
Seeking candidates who are eager to expand their skills and knowledge, and who are open to cross-training in both optical and clinical positions. Compensation will depend on the candidate's optical experience and expertise. If the candidate lacks experience in optical, we are willing to train those with a background in sales who have a strong desire to learn.
