SUMMARY:


In this challening and important role, you are esponsible for developing and maintaining product and market knowledge necessary for successful customer service interactions to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales.


Reports to: Director of US Sales


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Administration (20%)


  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders and customer information and by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate customer shipment schedule & standing orders
  • Ensures customer satisfaction post-order by supporting customers inquiries around deliveries or billing (including back-order management and communication)
  • Provides analysis and reporting (as needed) – including daily sales report (with Finance team)
  • Initiates and implements process improvements on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for customer setup, address book management and product setup on CRM system
  • Provides analysis and reporting as needed
  • Develops and documents customer service & CRM SOPs
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to Quality Management System (QMS)

Inside Sales (80%)


  • Participates in sales, product, and systems training (as needed)
  • Maintains effective time and account management practices to maximize customer reach and frequency
  • Monitors existing account run rate and plans for future sales.
  • Prospects new accounts by planning and organizing daily calls and emails
  • Sales operation activities as needed
  • Drive new leads in territory
  • Monitors and manages reagent run rate business
  • Support dealer quotes & orders
  • E-commerce quote inquiries & orders
  • Manage Zoom Info licenses

TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.


  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years customer facing experience
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience; required
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent
  • Ability to recognize and manage potential problem areas and resolve them with integrity
  • Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 DOE
