OccuNomix is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. We are a 30+ year old privately held company in the public safety industry with a specialty in safety apparel and workwear. The Sales Administrator acts as the supporting connection for customers, independent reps, and OccuNomix outside salespeople to the larger OccuNomix organization. Functionally, this role is responsible for pricing and price communication (price lists, annual price changes as well as price deviation quotes), channel agreements and programs (rebates, marketing/co-op, and other channel agreements) and field sales support in the form of tracking against sales goals and territory/customer alignment. We are seeking someone with excellent organization and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be technically adept with hands-on experience using the basics of ERP (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics) reporting/uploading functions and MS-Excel functions. Specifically, they will support the sales organization through customization and configuration of pricing in the ERP system as well as format, cleaning and report on data from the ERP system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distributor and customer price support. Manage annual and seasonal price communication. Process, communicate and track deviated pricing/price quotes. Create and upload Excel-based price lists to ERP/CRM and other digital platforms (including new product uploads for key customers)
  • Channel contract and marketing support. Update and communicate terms and conditions. Track rebate, incentive, co-op and promotional agreements.

New product set up and discontinued product communication.

  • Sales management support. Through ERP, ensure territory and contact coverage, and new customer set up. Sales reports on a monthly and weekly basis, including tracking sales targets and variances as well as commission reports. Help maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • General sales and customer support. Actively assist in coordination and planning of sales meetings/events. Act as a point of contact for the sales department when the channel needs information and/or resources.

Maintain sales training materials. Handle customer requests for certifications, authorizations and other official requests.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Sales data administration experience.
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality from a CRM, ERP or other sales system.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities including the ability to create formulas in Excel using IF and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
