Summary
- We have an exciting opportunity to join the Safety and Industrial Hygiene (S&IH) Team as an administrative assistant.
- Operating within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, this role, based at the Kalamazoo site in Michigan, has the primary function of assisting with administration of the site’s Incident and Injury Free culture transformation program.
- Additional duties would include other safety & industrial hygiene administrative support activities.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Incident & Injury Free (IIF) culture change program administration for the department
- Coordination of IIF events (Trainings, Expos, Celebrations etc.)
- Draft IIF program communications
- Administrative support of other S&IH systems and programs such as hazard communication, industrial hygiene, powered industrial trucks, risk assessment program etc.
Requirement
- High School Diploma
- Competency in MS 365 Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and TEAMS)
- Ability to collaborate & communicate through all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with office equipment (copier, laminating equipment, and computers)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42.00 - $42.88 per hour
