You’ll also have
• Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• Archer Certification

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation’s training) (preferred)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8+ years’ experience managing Archer applications, solutions, and components

• A solid understanding of Windows Server support
• Knowledge about IIS configurations
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell a plus.

• Several years’ experience working in a large global virtual environment

• Strong English language skills – written and verbal

Skill Sets:

Windows Server Administration experience
RSA Archer Engineering experience (3 years )

Microsoft SQL experience

The opportunity

We are looking for an RSA Archer Administrator, who will become part of our Security Technology Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing and supporting technologies such as RSA Archer or other applicable GRC solutions.

Your key Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and support the Archer platform to ensure features, capabilities, functionality, performance, and process are effective and efficient for the end user experience.

• Monitoring performance of supported applications, collect metrics, and implement technology plans to improve their performance
• Collect and analyze business requirements for new modules, enhancements and/or changes
• Support the design, test and integration of Archer with additional subsystems, risk tools, internal/external data feeds, etc.

• Oversee incident tickets, workflow redesign and process change requests
• Perform upgrades and plan with management and technology teams to ensure the platform is kept current with vendor release schedule, patches and other requirements.
• Ensure operation and performance is at the highest levels possible.
• Represent the team in specific project activities, including participating in projects and driving team deliverables towards successful completion.
• Articulate technology issues/concerns that may emerge at any level of the technical stack, and from any component across the ecosystem, to technology leaders

• Feel comfortable performing database queries and optimizations
