AIS is a BSIS licensed Private Patrol Security Operator that provides security services spanning from Los Angeles, LA County, and San Gabriel Valley. Due to rapid annual growth and an increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for experienced Rovers - Unarmed Security Officers. Our ideal candidate has military, law enforcement, or security experience. We are a close-knit team with a focus on professional development and can-do attitudes!

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Patrol an area for any safety or security risks
• Monitor CCTV Cameras
• Armed Officers carry lethal to less lethal equipment for de-escalation and defensive purposes
• Serve a deterrent to prevent unauthorized access to the area and the items within
• Respond to reported incidents as necessary
• Maintain a log of any activities
• Document any visitors to the property
• Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary
• ·Maintain client relationships
• Properly documented incidents
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Rovers must have a guard card issued by the BSIS; additional certifications are highly valued⁠, such as a baton permit, pepper spray permit, and CPR certification.
• This role requires working either day shift or swing and graveyard shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
• Our Rovers are expected to accept all post assigned within a designated region
• Driving post require a clean CA DMV driving record and candidates must pass the driving compliance.
