Healthcare Aide - Direct Support Professional (DSP) | Retention Bonus Eligible

7:30am – 3:30pm | Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
3:30pm – 11:30pm | Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
11:30pm – 7:30am | Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

· HS Diploma/GED preferred, not required

· Clean & Valid NYS Driver’s License required for some positions, not all

· Interested in working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Health Appointment Tech | M-F, 8:00A-4:00P

· HS Diploma/GED preferred

· Clean & Valid NYS Driver’s License required

· Interested in working with individuals with developmental disabilities

· AMAP Certification, including g-tube certification required (paid training)

Maintenance Worker | Tu - Sat, 8:00A-4:00P

· Clean & Valid NYS Driver’s License required

· One year custodial and/or maintenance experience

· Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Medical Aide | Tu-Sat; 11:00P-7:00A or 10:00A-6:00P | Sun-Thur; 2:00P-10:00P

· High School Diploma

· AMAP Certification

· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) | Tu-Sat, 11:00A-7:00P

· Associate’s degree

· Valid NYS Driver’s License

Recreation Therapist | Sun-Thur or Tu-Sat (flexible hours)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or Human Service Field

· One year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Various Shifts Available (days, evenings, overnights)

· New York State Registered Nurse License Graduate from a New York State associate Nursing program or LPN grdaute

· New York State RN License or LPN Nursing License

· CPR Certified.

· One year experience in treating individuals with Developmental Disabilities preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
