Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Endoscopy unit is seeking a committed and conscientious experienced RN to join our awesome team! In this role, you will plan, assess, implement and evaluate the delivery of care to assigned Endoscopy patients. If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity, apply today!

• You will maintains accurate documentation to ensure accountability and accurate, precise charging and anticipate and maintain adequate inventory of supplies and medications while controlling costs and eliminating waste.
• As a member of our team, you will demonstrate knowledge of reprocessing endoscopes, accessories and automatic washers.
• Some other key job duties include administers medication pre, intra, and post procedure and establish a physical environment conducive to the delivery of safe and efficient patient care.

What qualifications you will need:

• RN Diploma or Associates of Nursing Degree required
• 1 to 3 years of Endoscopy RN experience in a hospital setting and experience in conscious sedation required.
• VA RN license or valid RN Compact State License required

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
