What You Will Do as the RN Supervisor

As a Stonerise RN Supervisor, you will provide coordination of total patient care. You will perform supervisory duties by directing and coordinating nursing units to ensure appropriate deployment of team members.

Some of your primary responsibilities include:

• Making rounds to assess patient conditions, giving special attention to those who are newly admitted, readmitted or may be acutely/critically ill.
• Ensuring that the individual nursing care plans are followed and updated as needed
• Monitoring or carrying out medication and treatment administration.
• Participating in clinical meetings, leadership meetings, and patient care meetings
• Responding to emergencies that occur during shifts, promoting center policies and procedures, safe practice guidelines, and standards of practice
• Working closely with the other nurses to share and promote efficient communication
• Assisting with daily nurse/CNA assignments
• Assists in training and orientation of new nurses and addressing educational needs continuously
• Observing and teaching nurses and aides in care of patients for safety and total patient care

Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia
• Maintain current CPR certification
• Experience in supervising others
