Position: RN Nursing Supervisor

Location: 81 Highland Ave, Salem, MA, 01970

Shift Information: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Pay Rate- $140/h on W2

Description-

BLS Required, ACLS required, Covid Card, RN State License Required

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services Departments, working collaboratively with the Admitting Office and overall hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. Interacts with nursing/patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care. Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Leadership. Skills Required: Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people. Ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications. Demonstrates effective leadership abilities and is comfortable working in stressful situations; able to work in a quickly changing environment. Advanced Clinical Skills. Demonstrates strong decision-making skills. Experience Required: 3+ years Advanced Medical/Surgical-Nursing. Preferred: Critical Care nursing experience 3 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities Education Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Licensure Required: Current Massachusetts State RN License, in good standing. Certifications Required: Current BLS.
