We are currently seeking qualified Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for our recently renovated facility. Able to interpret and implement established facility policies, procedures and regulations with regard to Residents Rights, Confidentiality, Safety and Infection Control. Administer and document medication and treatment per the physician's orders including prn orders. Performs nursing assessments for assigned residents/patients and participates in the development of the interdisciplinary care plan
