Registered Nurse / Case Manager & Training Manager Job Description
Guardian In Home Health & Security, LLC is looking to add a part-time Registered Nurse who is looking for a rewarding career to join our team! RN's will manage client's care as well as coach & train caregivers. In this position you will have the freedom to create your own schedule!
Registered Nurse / Case Manager & Training Manager Client locations vary, but areas include:
- Watertown, Glencoe, Hutchinson, Buffalo Lake, Gaylord
RN / Case Manager & Training Manager Responsibilities:
- Management of client's medical needs at home
- Complete an assessment of client, create a care plan by obtaining Doctor's orders, and advocate for client
- May include attending Doctor's appointments with client
- Maintain and complete timely records, written and electronic
- Train, Supervise and Follow-up on care-giving staff
- Work approximately 10-15 hours per week (or month)
- Reimbursed Mileage & Paid drive time
Registered Nurse / Case Manager & Training Manager Requirements/Qualifications:
- Licensed as a RN and eligible to practice in Minnesota
- Reliable transportation
- Valid MN driver's license (or license that matches your current permanent residence)
- Current and adequate auto insurance
- At least 2 years experience managing patient care
- At least 2 years training staff
