Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the operations of the Retail Distribution Center and all storage facilities ensuring that all incoming and outgoing inventory is process accurately on and in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily intake and processing of orders and prioritize needs of business
• Oversees fulfillment and distribution of products to Retail outlets
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with Divisional goals
• Supervise, train, counsel and evaluate staff
• Develop and execute strategies to increase efficiencies in the warehouse
• Assist in the development and implementation of all procedures, forms and internal controls associated with the PBC Retail systems
• Responsible for monthly audit of pending received orders in inventory database to ensure that orders are being received accurately by staff and system is not encountering processing errors
• Responsible for Warehouse P&L
• Assist in managing and maintaining inventory database
• Complete bi-annual physical inventories in the warehouse and oversee the execution of shop inventories with the assistance of the Retail Shops Manager
• Execute merchandise allocation for events as directed by Buying Office
• Coordinate and execute delivery/pick up of merchandise to temporary outlets during events
• Provide world class service to all internal and external customers
• Establish productive relationships with various Resort stakeholders
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Director of Retail

Required Skills:

• Experience in Retail warehousing and distribution
• Strong leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals and motivate team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the business
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to perform data entry in various computer systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Hospitality
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
